DL ELINSTLAB – Electrical Installations Training Laboratory for 30 Students

The DL ELINSTLAB is an electrical installations training laboratory from De Lorenzo for teaching the planning, development and implementation of civil and industrial electrical installations. It is a configurable laboratory for 30 students, built from real industrial-grade components mounted in practical trainers. Students work on the kind of circuits that supply energy to buildings, public places and infrastructure, where poor design, faulty installation or poor maintenance can stop operations or cause accidents and material damage. The laboratory is organised into three areas. The electrical installations area covers civil and industrial installations, with three-phase and Dahlander motors, a solar photovoltaic installation kit and a network technology training package. The virtual laboratory area adds civil and industrial installation courses that run on computers. The protections area covers electrical protection study and coordination. Across the three areas, the laboratory includes 220 practical experiences, 220 hours of theoretical lessons and 110 hours of practical lessons.
