HST2 Simple Suspension Bridge
The HST2 Simple Suspension bridge training equipment is designed for educational institutes to demonstrate the characteristics of a simple suspension bridge. It enables students to examine the relationship between applied load and suspension cable tension.
The teaching equipment in its fully assembled position creates a parabolic form and allows the ends of the cable to pass over pulleys to record the cable tension when connected to an interface. The entire training equipment kit is available with tools and an instruction manual to perform the different laws of tension, parabolic arch, cable, suspension bridge and uniformly distributed load.
