A highly portable, durable data acquisition (DAQ) system, the imc CRONOS-SL is designed for use in demanding conditions. The signal conditioning, AD-conversion, online processing, and data storage are all essential parts of the measuring system and comply with MIL STD810F, one of the highest specifications for temperature, environmental pollutants, and shock tolerance. This makes imc CRONOS-SL the perfect measurement tool for long-term testing and monitoring operations, such as those that take place on machinery, in vehicles, or at outdoor measurement sites where standard measurement tools frequently fall short of the environmental requirements.   There are two housing possibilities for the imc CRONOS-SL series. Imc CRONOS-SL permits direct connection of any necessary signals and sensors and offers both power and conditioning thanks to its freely programmable measuring amplifier design. This makes it possible for the system to respond perfectly to a wide range of measurement activities. With CRONOS SL, any analogue or digital channel can be used for open-loop or closed-loop control duties, value limit monitoring, or computed data streams.
