HSM10 Curved Bar Apparatus

The HSM10 curved bar apparatus is teaching equipment used in educational institutions to allow students to perform experiments on curved-shaped bars and experimentally determine the vertical and horizontal deflections in them. The equipment simplifies the demonstration of strain energy theories such as Castigliano's first theorem or Simpson's Rule. Three types of curved-shaped specimens (Circular, semi-circular, quadrant) are included in the hardware package that helps students to measure deflection with the help of three dial gauges.
