Bestech Australia is delighted to announce the release of the newest generation of compact thermal imaging camera from Micro-Epsilon, the thermoIMAGER TIM 41. It offers an excellent optical resolution with a measurement range from -20 °C to 900 °C. This compact thermal imager has an integrated motorized focus which enables the user to remotely control and focus the camera. This compact sensor is particularly suitable for integration in industrial environments or in serial, high-volume OEM applications.
Thanks to its integrated auto-hotspot-finder, this infrared camera offers highly accurate measurement of temperature, even when used to measure on fast-moving objects. This infrared camera can measure at frame rate up to 25 Hz and at 1.5Hz when operated autonomously. The camera comes with a comprehensive ready-to-use package, including versatile TIMConnect software with SDK.
This infrared camera can operate in two modes, the first mode works with a PC and software, and the second mode is for autonomous use. While operating the camera without an additional PC via spot finder function, up to 3 measuring fields can be monitored simultaneously. In terms of applications, this compact thermal imager can be used for thermal monitoring in industrial machinery or in manufacturing of electronic units.
The thermoIMAGER TIM 41 can be powered via USB and Power over Ethernet (PoE), offering a wide versatility for integration and commissioning. It can also be operated autonomously without the need of a PC. The results can be transmitted to the PC for further analysis.
