The TIM QVGA-G7 is a thermal imaging camera designed for temperature measurement in the glass industry. It operates at a wavelength of 7.9µm which enables reliable measurement on thin glass sheet. This compact thermal imaging camera can also be integrated with additional reference pyrometer to adjust for measurement on glass with reflective surfaces.
A license-free analysis software equipped with the line-scan feature is also included with the camera. This feature enables the camera to provide exact measurement on moving glass surfaces and monitor thermal processes. It also allows the camera to measure the temperature distribution between the heating and cooling zone when the glass is heat-treated. Optional cooling jacket can be installed on the camera for operation at high temperature environment up to 315oC.
