LEO Ultimate – High-Precision Digital Pressure Gauge
LEO Ultimate is a high-precision digital pressure gauge from KELLER Pressure. It is built for calibration, commissioning and field verification, where a portable reference instrument is needed. The digital pressure gauge measures absolute and relative pressure, and an integrated barometer switches between the two. Ranges run from -1 to 1 bar up to 0 to 1000 bar, or -15 to 15 psi up to 0 to 15,000 psi.
Accuracy reaches 0.01 %FS on selected ranges. The total error band is 0.05 %FS across 0 to 50 °C, so readings hold steady as conditions change. Five measuring modes (Standard, Peak, Leak, Rate and Alarm) cover both static checks and dynamic pressure analysis. The data logger also stores up to 800,000 readings, at up to 50 readings per second. A large backlit display shows up to 5½ digits, with two bar graphs for full-scale and dynamic ranges.
Readings transfer from the gauge to a PC over USB-C, or to a phone or tablet over Bluetooth. Companion desktop and mobile software can then visualise, export and document the data. The IP67 metal housing suits harsh field conditions, and several pressure connections are available. A factory calibration certificate is supplied as standard.
