Forklift Training simulator

The Forklift Training Simulator is a state-of-the-art, high-fidelity system, ideal for training in factory, warehouse, distribution centre, and logistics environments. It's built on the proven CHARLIE™ model by Acreos and can be adapted to many training scenarios. It is suitable for complete beginner without driving experience and a more experienced forklift operator to hone their skills.

The system includes built-in modules to introduce trainees from basic manoeuvre to advanced tasks, including:

• Controls Familiarisation
• Slalom (forward/backward; standard & oversized loads)
• Ramp operation
• Dock loading/unloading (single, double, with stacking)
• Rack operations (selective, drive-in/through, cantilever & flatbed)

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Tracks real-time K‑PIs: speed, mast angles, orientation, collisions, load precision.
• Enables instructors to assign courses, view supervisor software dashboards (GSTA), and generate individual competency reports and certificates
