CEB2000 – 4 Variable Process Control Trainer

The Pignat CEB2000 multi loop process control trainer comprises two tanks and two pumps running in a closed circuit. Instructors can use this platform to train their students in operating and maintaining industrial control systems. This autonomous trainer is designed as the ultimate teaching platform for technicians to study and set simple or cascade control loops, including temperature control, level control, flow control, and pressure control. The wiring of different control loops is achieved by safety plugs sensor-controller-actuator. This process control trainer has a tactile screen display for parameters settings and allows the data recording on a USB stick. Optionally, it can also be remotely operated via WiFi connection to mimic the actual industrial control system.
