LEO Ultimate – High-Precision Digital Pressure Gauge

LEO Ultimate is a high-precision digital pressure gauge from KELLER Pressure, built for calibration, commissioning and field verification work where a portable, high-accuracy reference instrument is required. It measures both absolute and relative pressure from the one unit, switching between the two through an integrated barometer without added sensor hardware. Pressure ranges span -1 to 1 bar through to 0 to 1000 bar, or -15 to 15 psi through to 0 to 15,000 psi, covering laboratory, service centre and on-site verification tasks across hydraulic, pneumatic and process pressure systems. Accuracy reaches 0.01 %FS on selected ranges, with a total error band of 0.05 %FS across 0 to 50 °C, giving a reading that holds as ambient conditions shift. Five measuring modes, Standard, Peak, Leak, Rate and Alarm, support both static verification and dynamic pressure analysis, while the data logger stores up to 800,000 readings at intervals as fast as 50 per second. Readings transfer to a PC over USB-C or to a phone or tablet over Bluetooth, with companion desktop and mobile software for visualising, exporting and documenting results. The instrument is available with a range of pressure connections and an IP67-rated metal housing for use in harsh field conditions, with a factory calibration certificate supplied as standard.
