Therefore, more time and resources can be allocated for hands-on practice and schedule a refresher session to improve knowledge retention.
It is also evident that trainees are better prepared for the practical session after the simulation training. As the instructors have the additional time to focus on individual coaching for underperforming students, they are able to achieve a higher training throughput, a faster learning curves. Overall, Kiloutou reaps the benefit from better utilisation of staff and machines in improving their workforce capability.
