The Encardio Rite Model ELC-31V Hydraulic Center Hole Load Cell is a vibrating wire type center hole load cell designed to measure compressive load, axial forces in struts and load testing in piles, in addition to the load in rock bolts and tieback anchors. Filled with fluid and with a vibrating wire pressure sensor attached to it, to convert the load into a frequency output.
Available on request is a solid load cell for stress measurement in tunnel supports and struts.
