The EM-140S-HY03 is a newly developed engine performance diagnostic training system from Consulab equipped with the new tablet-based Consulink student learning platform. It consists of the recycled engine, OEM vehicle harness, electrical power distribution components, fuel pump, and auxiliary systems from a functional G4FD 2012-2017 Hyundai Accent 1.6L GDI engine. This fully-supported training system comes with a self-contained total training package, student activities, and product familiarization training.
The engine diagnostic trainer has a fully-functional CAN-BUS system that offers an interactive learning experience and allows students to gain knowledge and experience operating and troubleshooting activities. The interactive learning interface lets students access all kinds of information about the product such as the safety warnings, operation manual, wiring schematics, and videos about the operation. Case studies are also included with the program, allowing instructors to manually create faults for the students to work on. With the selected scenario, students can follow the OEM diagnostic troubleshooting procedure. The trainer also comes with an instructor interface that allows instructors to create or modify faults to test the students’ ability on the subject matter.
