Single Point
Single Point Load Cell is designed to deliver high levels of stability and performance utilized as a component in light capacity weighing systems. Capacities of our single point load cells are up to 635kg while stainless steel and aluminium are available as the construction materials. Single Point Load Cells are ideal for OEM applications (e.g. electronic scales and weighing machines) with high accuracy at a low cost. For dynamic weighing requires extremely high weighing speed, singal point load cells have small displaement are the best option thanks to their high natural frequency. Level of protection can reach IP69K on request. Therefore, single point load cells are also commonly finding application in packing and filling systems.
Loadcells using strain gauge based technology are used to measure physical properties of compression, tension, bending or shear.

A Load cell is constructed using electric resistance metal foil strain gauge bonded to a spring material at points of maximum strain as the measuring element to convert force into a proportional electrical voltage. As the measuring signal obtained is very small, the strain gages in the central sensing area are wired in the form of a full Wheatstone bridge to increase sensitivity.
