How can I place an order?

How can I do a payment?
Direct Deposit –
Bank details will be provided on our Proforma Invoice.
Credit Card –
We accept Visa, MasterCard with no surcharge for payment prior to despatch the order and Amex with 2% surcharge.
Bank Cheque –
Payable to “Bestech Australia Pty Ltd”.

What are delivery charges?
We have a standard charge of $15 + GST for delivery by road express all over Australia. Air freight can be arranged on request for extra charges. Alternatively you can also nominate your own freight forwarder.
What are the warranty policies?
Bestech Australia offers 12 month warranty to the original purchaser. We will replace or repair, free of charge, any defective unit. This warranty does not apply to any units that have been modified, misused, neglected or installed where the application exceeds published ratings.
